We’ve designed GGC specifically in response to the needs of the university clients who know and trust our photography services.
We’ve made long queues a thing of the past. A radio frequency identification (RFID) chip in each item, coupled with on-site scanners and a cloud-based online database, makes for effortless and speedy in and out scanning of hats and gowns.
Our student gowns include a discreet optional front fastening and all our hoods are secured in place with Velcro. This results in miminal queueing in gowning and photography areas and great looking photographs.
We’ll provide staff attending the ceremony with gowns from the university from which they graduated, including overseas institutions, free-of-charge.
Our custom-built gown ordering system uses your data to facilitate the ordering process. You’ll have secure, administrator access — so at any given point you can log in to see how many gowns have been rented, who rented them, what they rented and the revenue (and commission) generated.
Our custom-built website, populated with your student data, allows students to easily place their order online. On the day our friendly team will be on hand taking secure payments and keeping the queue time to a minimum.
