Both photographers were absolutely brilliant with the children and took lots of time getting the best shots. Parents were very happy with the results too!

The photographers were all brilliant as usual. We have a large number of children/siblings/babies to get through and they are very patient and understanding, which helps the day to run smoothly.

Tempest photographers are second to none, they are the most amazing photographers I have ever met. Their professionalism is outstanding. The way they deal with the children is amazing. Cannot find fault with anything they do. They are a credit to your company. I would never use other photographers.

My 5 year old has his school photos taken and I thought they were brilliant, I had already ordered when I noticed a little mark on his top and asked if there was anyway it could’ve been removed before sending, they responded quickly and said they would remove the mark on his top at no cost to me. I wasn’t too bothered if the mark couldn’t have been removed as I had already put my order in, but I feel they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the final product.

Thank you so so much for the fast and efficient take of my order over the phone. I was in a rush and may have seemed rude which I do apologise for but my call was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner and the photos turned up only 4 days later which I did not expect at all. Thank you Emma in the ordering team (I think she was called). This is what customer service should be!

I was very impressed with not only the standard of photography for all 3 of my children but the after care was professional, prompt and to an exacting standard that I've come accustomed to over the past 12 years. I worked for Gillman & Soame photographers for nearly 10 years so hand on heart know that Tempest is the best.

Response to the queries I had were answered as quick as I had asked & sent pictures directly to my home instead of the school, at no extra cost to myself. Picture quality was superb, albeit the typical pose for a small group, it would of been nice for the quirky ones you can now get, but this was down to the school requirements and not Tempest's. I would definitely have no problems recommending this company to everyone.

Brilliant customer service, I wanted some copies of some old school photos and Tracy worked really hard to help me, great people and great customer service, to all the others complaining on Trustpilot I say try being nice and polite, it goes a long way you know.

I collected my photographs from my son's school and one of the photos was scratched. I contacted Tempest and the customer service was second to none. Not only did Paula personally check the quality of the new image but also contacted me to ensure I had received it. I have no complaint and would recommend Tempest.

The photographs themselves are stunning - they really brought out the character of my little girl. However, it is the service which is worth an extra mention. I made a mistake on my order form - quite a large one! - but the people at Tempest put it right straight away, with the minimum of fuss. Both of the customer service women I spoke to were lovely. They immediately reassured me that it would all be fixed, and it was. They were a real credit to the company. Would very much recommend Tempest.

I had several queries since ordering my child's school photo & sibling photo. My emails were answered very quickly, the agent always seemed to go above and beyond with what I was asking for, nothing was ever too much trouble & always fulfilled promises. I am really impressed with the service I received & would be recommending them in future.

I am a photographer, so judge images by the standards I would apply to my own work.

I ordered the high res digital image of my grandson as I prefer to do my own printing. The photographer did a good job - it was sharp and a good colour (last year's images were over-saturated, but perhaps that's just me). The download process was easy, but it did take a week and a couple of emails to customer service to make it available. I have to say they were very responsive, and the image was made available very quickly. This is really an issue of back office handling and not a reflection of the quality of the image.

I printed it on professional paper using a professional printer, and it is a very good image. But a word of warning, if you buy the digital version, have it printed professionally (if you want a print) as a standard home-office printer will not do justice to the print.

Received my order not fully complete, contacted Tempest and spoke to Tracey from the customer service department. Addressed my concerns in a professional manner. Received confirmation today, the remainder of my order is on it's way.
In life things do go wrong, but it is how we deal with such matter which highlights the strengths or weakness of a company on how they actually resolve such matter.

Great service and great photos - photographers were brilliant

Can’t fault the service I have received about our picture frame. Grandparents picked photos up and when we got them the frame was smashed. Emailed the company then found out in the mean time she remembered dropping them not realising a frame was in there so I honestly told Tempest and there still sending out a replacement for us.

I have had no bad experience ever using Tempest, I even forgot to tick the box requesting frame's for my sons photos, I emailed and explained. The full set of frames arrived within days. Excellent, quick service.

Excellent service on the day. My son wears glasses and they ensured light reflection didn’t appear on final pictures.
I had a query about my order which was responded to and settled within 48hrs of raising the query.

I have recently received my daughters graduation photos (Kingston and St Georges May 8th 2018) and I am very pleased with them. The photographer did a great job of capturing Elises expression and I have truly never seen a photo of her with such a beaming smile... magic! When I look at the photo it just reminds me of what a wonderful happy day it was for my daughter and her very proud family.
The cost was very reasonable as I chose the basic package for £38.50 + p&p which was £6 and the photos arrived 10 days after order was placed... so well within the 28 days they allow. Thank you Tempest... for the memories!

We received a whole school framed print and were disappointed with the ripple effect to the paper. I contacted Tempest who immediately dealt with the query and on sight of the photographic evidence I supplied have offered an immediate replacement. Great customer service from John.

I have used Tempest photography for a number of a years, sometimes 2-3 times per year, within my professional capacity. I cannot rate them highly enough, always reliable and very professional. Any queries I have had in the past have been dealt with quickly. Really happy with the service that we have received and will continue to use Tempest for our nursery photographs.

Quite a mixed bag of reviews on Trustpilot but I have been getting my nephew's and neice's pics for several years and always loved the shots. Recent nursery pics were very cute.

Great individual and family pictures taken by Tempest Photography. All pictures were superb with great natural smiles... we ended up buying them all on USB, allowing us to e-mail them around the family. Have ordered prints in the past from Tempest too and the quality of the pictures are second to none! Great that Tempest have the option to order independently for a small delivery charge and there were no problems with this. Customer service was outstanding.

My eldest is leaving primary school this year, could I find his nursery picture? I wanted it to be able to compare his first year and last, couldn’t find it anywhere. The school he attends don’t use Tempest anymore, so I thought my chances of ever being able to obtain a nursery picture were slim to none. On the off chance, I emailed Tempest with the school name and approx year to see if they still had a copy. Within the hour someone phoned me back and had found the picture digitally and sent me an order form the next day. I am OVER THE MOON. Thank you Tempest for your excellent customer service.

All three of my girls have had the most amazing photos taken by Tempest from nursery to now leaving school. I will look back on these special memories and cherish them forever.

I have always been delighted with my children's photographs, their personalities were captured in that moment to perfection! They are memories I'll treasure forever. The quality is second to none, their baby photos still look as new as their school photos taken a few months ago!

Tempest Photography have been taking my kids photos for years now, every year they seem to get better, this year they were particularly good as I like the background they used. I would highly recommend Tempest for school photographs.

I recently found an old proof that I had been meaning to order from - contacted customer services and they were very helpful with the ordering process, I was pleased you still had it as it had been a couple of years. Surprised to see some of the reviews. Personally I cannot fault the service I had when I rang up on Friday. Spoke to a lovely lady who resolved my query efficiently - now looking forward to getting my photos as we were so pleased with the ones taken.

I had an issue with a photo however it was an old reference number so not surprised to have a different picture, so I asked for the right one to be sent and I have had the most helpful lady reply and help me out her name was Tamsyn and she couldn’t have done more to help me! Great customer service and got 2 free prints for compensation. Again Tamsyn was absolutely brilliant.

Got to say the first pictures weren't exactly great & I was very disappointed, however after contacting Tempest, I couldn't be more pleased.

I made the mistake of believing all the reviews on Trustpilot. I couldn't have been more wrong.

Chris has gone above and beyond. A different photographer was sent out to the school just to retake my daughter's pictures and continued to snap away until she was happy.

As these were for a yearbook, Chris has liaised with the firm compiling this to ensure the best effort is made to include the new photos. The proofs have been sent to my home personally.
I cannot praise Tempest, and particularly Chris enough although having had occasion to ring also, all staff were pleasant, helpful and messages always passed on.

This has been a lesson for me....Do not accept a bad review at face value.

I have never been able to get a photograph of my two girls together because my youngest girl is a typically 2 year old always on the move. When tempest were doing photographs in the school they suggested I bring along my youngest girl to get a photograph with her big sister. I explained to Marie and Michael that this might be an impossible task. Their patient approach with my girls and capturing the opportunities when they could resulted in my favourite photograph. You can see their faces clearly and the photo totally captures their individual personalities. Thank you guys for this wonderful memory.

Lovely school photos of my primary school aged sons who do not like posing for photographs. Also very prompt service when I had a problem with the online service - my fault, I lost the link to the email download.

The "Hedgehog Lady" has done it again a Fabulous Class Photo of My Granddaughter........I do love these new Style Photos better than the rigid lines we had when My Children were young!!

I was initially worried after reading the reviews on Trustpilot but I needn't have. My daughter graduated from Winchester university on the 18th of October and Tempest did the photography and we ordered £70 worth of photos on the day. After 4 weeks I phoned customer services to find out when our order would arrive and the person I spoke to was very friendly and professional, I was told that there was a problem with the original print so it had been sent for a reprint and that this was the reason why we hadn't received the photos yet. When the photos arrived I was impressed with the quality of the prints. I rarely write reviews but after reading so many negative one's on here I felt compelled to write this. Thank you Tempest for our wonderful photos.

Just received my child's school photographs and I'm over the moon! Images are great and arrived well within the recommended time. Will definitely be buying more.
